The ingestion of the water helps to reduce the appetite level which can lead to eating less food during the meal. Drinking water during the meal is also a good way to suppress appetite.

Most experts recommend that healthy adults drink eight cups of water a day at a minimum. And this is where one of the precautions comes into play.
